Duration: 10 night/11 day Brief description: This tour highlights Albania’s most fascinating sites in the country. Your travels will take you from the capital to the North in Kruje, visit the ancient sites in Durres once better known as the beginning road to Via Egnatia. Visit Albania’s gem of the Country and see first hand the unravelling of 3000 years of Ancient History. Understand not only the ancient site itself but what it took within the country to preserve and create Butrint as one of the country’s World Heritage Sites. Season: April-May & September-October. Difficulty: Easy to moderate. Landscape: The landscape is mountainous, alongside rivers, valleys and countryside.
